Question 1

How do I personalize my artisan wall frame or gift keepsake?

Accepted Answer

When selecting any bespoke piece, you can provide your preferred calligraphy inscription (e.g. family names, wedding dates, or Quranic verses) directly on the product customizer. You may also select your preferred mouldings, background mounts, and optional add-ons like protective acrylic glass or a working clock mechanism before placing your order.

Question 2

Will I see a digital calligraphy proof before my frame is crafted?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely. For all personalized and bespoke framing orders, our design team prepares a high-resolution digital calligraphy proof. We send this proof to your chosen contact channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, or Email) for your explicit review and approval before framing and assembly begin.

Question 3

Can I combine Arabic calligraphy with English translation or custom dedication lines?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our studio specializes in bilingual and dual-script compositions. You can pair sacred Arabic scripts (such as Thuluth, Diwani, or Naskh) with elegant English transliterations, anniversary dates, baby birth weights, or personal family blessings.

Question 4

How long does delivery take across Nigeria?

Accepted Answer

We partner with Fez Delivery for nationwide logistics. Orders within Ibadan are delivered within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. Deliveries across the Southwest region typically arrive within 2 to 3 working days, and nationwide deliveries to all other states take between 3 to 7 working days. Note that custom handmade frames require 2 to 4 working days crafting time prior to dispatch.

Question 5

How can I track my shipment once it has been dispatched?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your package is dispatched with Fez Delivery, you will receive an automated tracking code via email and SMS. You can also visit our live Order Tracking page (/track) at any time and enter your order number or tracking ID to see real-time milestone updates.

Question 7

What is the difference between regular glass and Protective Acrylic Glass?

Accepted Answer

Our Protective Acrylic Glass is optical-grade, shatter-resistant, and lighter than traditional fragile glass. It provides superior UV protection against sun fading, prevents scratches, and eliminates the risk of breakage during transit across Nigerian roads.

Question 8

How does the Working Clock Mechanism add-on work?

Accepted Answer

Our master craftsmen integrate a silent sweep quartz movement directly into the center of your wall art, complete with premium metallic hands (in gold or black). It operates on a single AA battery and transforms your spiritual art piece into a functional timepiece.

Question 9

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept secure instant card payments, bank transfers, USSD, and OPay digital wallets powered by Paystack. All transactions are protected by 256-bit encryption. For verified corporate or bulk institutional orders, direct invoice wire transfers can also be arranged.

Question 10

How do "Price on Request" or custom quote orders work?

Accepted Answer

Certain architectural wall panels, oversized mosque installations, or specialty multi-tier gifting boxes have unique dimensions and material requirements. Clicking "Enquire" allows you to send your custom specifications directly to our concierge team, who will respond with a tailored formal quote within 12 business hours.

Question 11

What happens if my package arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We take extraordinary care packaging all art pieces in bubble wrap, corner guards, and rigid wooden-reinforced crates. In the rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will promptly replace or repair your keepsake at zero additional cost.
